  • 1 cup oats
  • > Dash of cinnamon
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • > 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • > ¾ cup applesauce fro garnish
  • ½ mango

Blend all ingredients except for applesauce in blender. Heat a pancake griddle and spray with olive oil. Make small pancakes and top with unsweetened applesauce. You’ll be surprised how delicious and filling these are for breakfast.
