Ingredients:
2 cups gluten free oats
1 tablespoons chia seeds
¾ cup coconut flakes
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
3 tablespoons quinoa flour
2 tablespoons agave syrup
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons coconut cream (canned)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl combine oats, chia seeds, coconut flakes, quinoa flour, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds. Mix.
3. In a small bowl combine coconut oil, agave syrup, coconut cream, vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
4. Mix the wet mix into the dry mix until thoroughly coated.
5. Place on parchment lined baking sheet in a single layer.
6. Bake for 20-30 minutes, stirring half-way through.
