Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

1/3 cup gluten free rolled oats

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tsp flax meal

1/2 – 1 tsp of cinnamon depending on how strong you would like it to be

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1-2 T unsweetened applesauce

1/2 cup plain almond milk

 

Instructions: 

  1. Throw all the contents into a jar and mix well.
  2. Stick in the fridge overnight.
