Do Something Good! Find a local organization to volunteer at whether it be a pet shelter or soup kitchen!

Play A Sport! Instead of sitting on the couch all afternoon try to engage the family in a friendly game of football, basketball, Frisbee, or other physical activity! If the weather isn’t nice outside try an indoor activity like Dance Dance Revolution or Guitar Hero.

Make A Vision Board! Gather friends or family together and each make a vision board on what you want to achieve in 2016!! Hang the vision board up in your office, bedroom, or somewhere where you can glance at it and find motivation!

Play Board Games! Everyone enjoys a friendly game of Clue, Monopoly, or Jenga!

Find A Festival! Many cities have a local tree lighting service festival that offers holiday music, crafts, face painting, and additional fun things to do for the whole family!

Make Greeting Cards! Gather your crafting supplies and create some Christmas or New Years cards. Then pass them out as a family to a nursing home, hospital, or send them across seas to our soldiers.

Watch A Christmas Flick Together! Snuggle up on the couch with a warm blanket and the fireplace burning while watching It’s a Wonderful Life, Elf, Charlie Brown Christmas, or A Christmas Carol.

Go Look At Christmas Lights! Pack the family in the car and listen to Christmas carols while driving around town looking at all the Christmas lights.

Find The Perfect Tree! Take the family to a tree farm and hunt for the perfect tree. Then, take the tree home and decorate the tree as a family!

Play In The Snow! If the weather permits take the family outside to build a snowman, have a snowball fight, or go sledding!
